What is the Obsessed Garage Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?

• The sale offers 10% off eligible products sitewide, plus free shipping on qualifying domestic orders of $250 or more before tax and after discounts are applied.
• HEX PLUS members receive 15% off eligible products and free shipping on qualifying orders over $50.

Some brands and products are excluded from the discount, including RUPES, CR Spotless, as well as Proslat Procore Aluminum Slatwall. Cabinets and PVC Slatwall are included in the sale.

Items requiring freight shipping or a separate shipping invoice, including certain cabinets and custom-sized shelving, are not eligible for the free-shipping promotion.

How do I get the discount?

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.

If an eligible discount or shipping promotion does not apply to your order, contact OG Support within 24 hours after the sale ends. We will review your order and, if eligible, refund the applicable discount and shipping charges.

Can I change or edit my order?

If your order has not shipped, contact OG Support as soon as possible to request a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that changes may affect your place in the fulfillment queue. Orders are also subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

We anticipate a high volume of orders during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, so handling times will be longer than usual.

In-stock items are expected to ship within three weeks of your order. Items marked “Reserve Your Spot” will ship once inventory becomes available. Shipping transit times are additional.

I have received my order and want to return something. How much will I be refunded?

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before requesting a return.

Approved returns are refunded at the price paid for the returned items, subject to applicable restocking fees and other policy requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Can I change my order after the sale has ended?

You have 24 hours after the sale ends to request an order change. Contact OG Support as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not shipped and are subject to availability.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified. You may request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

I missed the sale! Can I still get the discount?

Purchases made before or after the advertised sale period are not eligible for the sale discounts or shipping promotions.

If you placed an order during the sale and an eligible discount did not apply, contact OG Support within 24 hours after the sale ends. We will review your order and, if eligible, refund the applicable discount and shipping charges.
