Return and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Returns that require replacement packaging due to missing, damaged, or non-original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Returns authorized more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• If multiple restocking fees could apply, only the highest applicable fee will be charged.
• A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by an Obsessed Garage Support Agent is required for all returns.
• Returned products must be new, unused, include all original components, and be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Clearance, discontinued, and Open Box items are not eligible for return.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If it meets the requirements above, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement without restocking fees.

*Obsessed Garage reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above or to assess a higher restocking fee if the returned product is not received in resalable condition.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, you may select one of the following refund options:

• Store Credit: Receive a 100% refund of your order total as store credit.
• Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.
