Return and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• All returns must be authorized within 30 days of the delivery date.
• A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by an Obsessed Garage Support Agent is required for all returns.
• Returned products must be new, unused, include all original components, and be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Clearance, Discontinued, and Open Box items are not eligible for return.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If it meets the requirements above, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, less the applicable 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, you may select one of the following refund options:

• Store Credit: Receive a 100% refund of your order total as store credit.
• Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds issued back to the original credit card are subject to a 6% transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
