Return Policy

When returning a product purchased from our online store, please keep the following in mind:

• We do not cover the cost of return shipping or refund shipping fees from the original purchase.
• We do not accept unauthorized RMAs. Any package without an RMA number will be discarded.
• We do not accept returns on items marked as Clearance, Discontinued, or Open Box.
• We do not accept returns on custom-length hoses (Air, Garden, and High-Pressure).
• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original components to be eligible for a return.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds and order cancellations exceeding $3,000 are subject to a 3% card transaction fee.
• Upon receiving an RMA, we will inspect the items. If approved, a refund will be issued through the original payment method.
• Exchanges are not processed directly. If you want a different item, you must complete the refund process and place a new order separately.
