Please use the CONTACT US icon at the bottom of our webpage:

Select Edit / Cancel Orders as the option:

Click Next to continue with your info:

You MUST provide the following:

→ Your order number

→ List of items you want to cancel or edit

→ The more info you can provide, the better!

Review Your Order Before Checkout

To prevent any issues, please carefully review your order before completing checkout. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, follow the steps below.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order before placing it to ensure everything is correct.

If your order has already shipped and you mistakenly ordered the wrong items:

• Place a new order for the correct items.
• Request a return for the incorrect items by following our Return Policy

International Orders

Due to limitations, duties, and taxes, international orders cannot be modified after being placed.

To make changes, you must cancel the entire order and place a new one.

Important Notes

• If your order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel or modify it.
• Refunds for canceled orders over $3,000 are subject to a 3% card transaction fee.
