How To Start a Return (RMA)

Select Returns as the option:
Click Next to continue with your info:
To initiate a return, you MUST provide the following:
- Your order number
- A list of items you want to return
- Pictures of each item you want to return
Once we receive your request and review your return, we will issue an RMA number. You will then have 30 days from the date we provide the RMA to ship the package back to us and provide a tracking number.
Where to Send Your Return
DO NOT send any items back without first contacting our Support Team for an RMA number—unauthorized returns will be refused. Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping, as we are not responsible for improperly packed returns.

Return Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned items, we will process them within 24-48 hours.
- It may take an additional 24-48 hours for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Returns for Drop-Shipped Items
If your item was drop-shipped from a supplier (not shipped directly from Obsessed Garage HQ), please contact us at support@obsessedgarage.com. We will coordinate the return process with the supplier and provide further instructions.
Terms & Conditions
- Return Shipping: We DO NOT cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping fees.
- Unauthorized Returns: We DO NOT accept unauthorized RMAs. Packages without an RMA # will be discarded.
- Final Sale Items: Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Clearance, Discontinued or Open Box items.
- Custom-length hoses (Air, Garden, and High-Pressure).
- Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.
- High-Value Orders: Refunds or order cancellations exceeding $3,000 are subject to a 3% card transaction fee.
- Refund Process: After receiving your return, we will inspect the items. If approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you need a different item, you must go through the refund process and place a new order separately.
