Restocking Fees Policy
Restocking Fees by Product Category
- Home Audio – 15% restocking fee
- VYPER – 10% restocking fee
- Custom-Made COXREELS – 20% restocking fee + $5.00 repacking fee
- Swisstrax – 25% restocking fee when issuing a return after 30 days
- Custom-Made Stainless Shelves – 35% restocking fee
- Cree Lighting – 40% restocking fee (depending on the fixture and 5 fixture minimum to return)
- Levrack – 10% restocking fee due to canceled orders, returns, or exchanges
- DMF Lighting – 25% fee if the order has already shipped from DMF
- Sonic Tools – 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping
- Häfele – 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $20.00, whichever is greater. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Nussbaum – 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Bendpak – 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All returned items must be in their original box or crating and must include all packing material, manuals and all accessories.
All items mentioned above have a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
Levrack Cancellation / Return Policy
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to canceled orders, returns, or exchanges.
Order Modifications: Customers must notify Obsessed Garage/Levrack within 10 business days of the scheduled shipment date to modify an order.
Payment Terms: If payment terms are not established with Levrack, orders not paid within 10 business days of the scheduled ship date may be canceled by Levrack.
Shipment & Pickup Date Changes: Levrack reserves the right to decline customer-requested shipment or pickup date changes made within 10 business days of the scheduled date.
Holding Fees: A 2.5% holding fee per day may be charged for shipment or pickup date change requests within the specified time window.
Damaged or Missing Products: Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 60 days of receipt.
Customers may choose:
A replacement product at no cost.
A partial refund or credit (up to 30%) of the retail list price if they choose to keep the component.
- After 60 days, customers requesting a replacement will be responsible for shipping costs for both the returned and new product.
