The world is in a weird place right now. Having products in stock is a real issue for stores across many industries, OG included. What we're proposing here is the ability to Reserve Your Spot and guarantee your place in line when it does come in. With some products, we'll have an ETA; with others, we won't. What we’re guaranteeing is when these products arrive, you'll get yours if you have a spot in line. I’m emphasizing “if you have a spot in line” - that’s key.
OG supporters have responded to our Customer Support Team with questions about delivery times, the meaning of fulfillment of your order, and are confused about receiving partial shipments. In this article, we will attempt to address as many of your concerns as possible.
Delivery Times/ETA:
Every week, Obsessed Garage will send you an email with the subject line “Reserve Your Spot - x/xx/22 - a short description about OG activities.” To clarify, x/xx/22 represents the date format in the form of the month, day, and year. In this Reserve Your Spot email, we include a video that describes the current situation of all products that, at that time, fall under the Reserve Your Spot program. This email will also have a short summary of discussions in video format surrounding the inventory status of Reserve Your Spot products. The video and body of the email will also explain approximate ETA’s.
As we fight our way back from recent supply chain shortages, we will be fulfilling orders in the order that they were placed. This is also known as first-in, first-out fulfillment. This will continue to be the case with all Reserve Your Spot orders until otherwise noted. As soon as we receive products to fulfill your order, they will be shipped as soon as possible.
Why Did I only Receive Part of my Order or Solution?
Due to recent difficulties navigating supply chain shortages, some of our products have no ETA, so we cannot estimate delivery. In order for customers to receive all of their in-stock items in a feasible time frame, we send one shipment of in-stock items from your order, followed by the Reserve Your Spot item(s) when it/they arrive for us to ship. Rest assured, you will receive all of your ordered items as they arrive for us to ship and your reservation is next up.
Why Does My Order State “Fulfilled” or “Unfulfilled”?
As we begin to utilize Reserve Your Spot for more products and orders, we realize our current software has no way to recognize partial fulfillment of orders as such. Even though we have separate systems to track and ensure your Reserve Your Spot is recorded accurately, customers cannot see them. We are currently working on a solution for this at the moment, but for now, you will need to utilize your online OG account to see what pieces of your order have not shipped and check the weekly RYS (Reserve Your Spot) emails we send out for updates.
