Need to cancel or switch something?
Below are the steps and instructions in order to efficiently have your order changed or canceled. To prevent these situations from occurring, please always double-check your order before proceeding to checkout.
I Need To Cancel My Order
For orders that have yet to ship, please Submit a Request. Be sure to properly select the "I want to change/cancel an order that has not shipped" subject in the drop-down so that we can help you as fast as possible. If you do not select that subject, we will not be able to find your request.
I Need To Change/Edit My Order
If you are needing to change or edit something in your order, you will need to Submit a Request and properly select the "I want to change/cancel an order that has not shipped" subject in the dropdown. Please list in the email what you need removed or changed in your order; that way we can adjust it properly for you.
My Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we can not change or cancel the order. We ask that before every order, you make sure and confirm that you have selected all of the right parts and have not forgotten anything. If you ordered the wrong items and your order has already been shipped, you will need to place another order for the correct items. If you need to send the incorrect items back, you will need to reach out to us in order to set up a return per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Due to limitations and duties, and taxes, international orders can not be edited or changed in any way. The only way for you to edit or change an international order is by canceling the entire order.
