It is important to carefully review your order before checkout to avoid the need to make changes or cancellations. If you do need to change or cancel your order, follow these steps:
I need to cancel my order.
For orders that have yet to ship, please Submit a Request. Be sure to properly select the "I want to change/cancel an order that has not shipped" subject in the drop-down so that we can help you as fast as possible. If you do not select that subject, we will not be able to find your request.
I need to change/edit my order.
If you need to make changes or edits to your order, you can do so by Submitting a Request and selecting the "Cancel/Edit Order" subject from the dropdown menu. In the email, please clearly list the items you need to remove or change in your order. This way, we can ensure that your order is adjusted correctly and to your satisfaction.
My order has already shipped.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully verify your order before placing it, ensuring that you have accurately selected all the required parts and have not missed anything. In case you have mistakenly ordered the wrong items and your order has already been shipped, you will need to place a new order for the correct items. If you need to send the incorrect items back, you will need to reach out to us in order to set up a return per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
International orders
International orders cannot be modified due to limitations, duties, and taxes. To make any changes, you must cancel the entire order and place a new one.
NOTE: If your order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to edit or cancel the order.
