Having Problems Or Have Questions?
Below is a list of common problems people may have with our membership program. Try looking in here before contacting support. If you cannot find your answer here please Submit a Request. The #1 fix for most issues is just logging into your store account on the home page FIRST before you do anything on our site.
Membership Page is White/Blank/Can't Log in
This is a known issue and the website team is trying to find a solution. There is a workaround for the time being:
1. Clear your browser cookies
2. Then, go to our website. Click on the "My Account" button and log in.
3. Once you are logged in, you can then proceed to the Hex Plus Home Page and log in there.
When registering for a new Obsessed Garage membership, the email address associated with your account on obsessedgarage.com must be the same email used to sign up for the membership. If two separate email addresses are used, you will be unable to access member perks. To fix this, simply create a new account with the same email address you signed up for the membership with. If you don't have an account please make one here.
My Free Shipping and/or 10% is not applying!
If your discounts are not applying please delete your current cart and clear your cookies and cache for www.obsessedgarage.com. After they're cleared, log back into your account you bought Hex Plus with, build your cart again and go through the checkout process. For your membership discounts to apply you need to be logged into your account, please read our "Registration Email" section above.
Also, please make sure your United States address is added onto your Obsessed Garage account. The membership programs check what country your address is in before allowing you to apply the discount. Hex Plus is only available in the United States as of now, so this is important.
Free shipping is included with your Hex Plus membership. As of now, Free Shipping is only offered to the Continental US (Lower 48). Free shipping does not apply to items that require quoted freight shipping and some dropshipped items. (Cabinets, Sonic Tool Orders, Lifts, Air Compressors, Stainless Shelving, Boompoles, 5 Gallon Containers)
The Obsessed Garage Hex Lite Membership is billed yearly at $60/yr. The Hex Plus Membership is billed yearly at $240/yr. All billing is through PayPal or Stripe. These are yearly reoccurring auto payments.
Can I Buy Multiple Years, Upgrade, Downgrade, or Pay Early?
Due to the limitations of our membership application, we cannot perform these account changes easily. If you want to upgrade or downgrade your account, please cancel it & pay for the new membership. You cannot buy multiple years, this is a recurring payment program & will not allocate additional years to your account if you paid for more years (If you try and buy 3 years you'll be billed for 3 years every year. This is like if you signed up for 3 Amazon Prime memberships, they'll bill you $120 3 times that year). Since you cannot buy additional years that also means you cannot re-up your membership early or you'll be billed twice for that year.
To cancel your membership follow these steps:
1. Log In
2. Go to "MY ACCOUNT" (or click "My Orders")
3. Click "Manage Memberships"
4. Select Cancel Membership
5. Confirm Cancellation
Cancellation will not result in a prorated refund, but it will stop you from being billed on your next cycle.
