What is the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Discount?
The sale is 10% off sitewide, and free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more pre-tax and after discounts are applied. This sale includes everything in the store with the exception of all RUPES products, CR Spotless, BendPak, and Saber which will not be eligible for the 10% discount. Any drop-shipped items that require freight shipping or a shipping invoice (Cabinets, Shelves, 5Gal Chemicals, etc.) will not include free shipping. HEX PLUS members will receive an extra 5% off, bringing their discount to 15%.
How do I get the discount?
This year, all discounts are applied automatically! No need to worry about discount codes, etc. If the discount doesn't apply, we must be notified within 24 hours of the sale ending to receive a refund for the discount and shipping after the fact.
Do international orders qualify?
Yes, you will get 10% off. But free shipping is not offered for international orders. We will not offer any discounts or changes to shipping on international orders. Note: We do not split-ship international orders.
How long does the sale run?
The sale runs from 11/26/2021 12:00 AM EST to 11/29/2021 11:59 PM EST. No pre-sales, no discounts after the sale.
What does "Reserve Your Spot" mean?
Products that we have in-stock and ready to ship will be labeled "Add To Cart" on the product page. Any product that is out of stock at OG will be labeled as "Reserve Your Spot". This gives you the ability to purchase a product we don't have in-stock, and you will be in line to receive it when we get it in-stock. Learn more about RYS.
Can I select a specific shipping option for free shipping?
No. In order to qualify for the free shipping option, you must choose that option in checkout. The UPS and USPS options will still be shown, but if you select one of those options you will not get free shipping! If your order or address requires you to select a particular option, you must select the appropriate method and pay for shipping. Our free shipping method will always choose the most economical option automatically in the system: either USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground for domestic orders.
Can I change or edit my order?
Yes. As long your order has not shipped, we can make edits for you. Submit a Request and we will do what we can to get your order changed for you. You must contact us ASAP after placing your initial order to make an edit.
How long will it take to get my order?
We receive a lot of orders over Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. As a result of the influx of orders, our handling times will be longer than normal. You can expect to receive in-stock items within two weeks of your order. Items listed as "Reserve Your Spot" will be sent when we receive them.
Can I change or cancel my order after I receive the shipping notification?
Any orders that have been marked as shipped and have been fulfilled will not be able to be edited, canceled, or changed. Once tracking info has been received, the product is already on the way and not able to be stopped. Orders may be returned according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can you split ship my order and send the out-of-stock item later?
We will be split shipping Black Friday orders one time in 2021. We'll send everything we have in-stock first, then we will send you a second shipment with all Reserve Your Spot items later. We make it as clear as we can on our site if something is Add To Cart or Reserve Your Spot. Note: We do not split-ship international orders.
I have received my order and want to return something, what refund price will I get?
If you are planning to return any items that were purchased during the Black Friday sale please read our Return & Exchanges Policy to follow the proper steps to do a return. You will be refunded the sale price for the items you purchased that you are returning. We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
Can I change my order after the sale has ended?
Once the sale is over, you will have 24 hours to make changes to your order. If there is something you would like to change in your order you will have to contact us by Submitting a Request and we can change the order for you if it has not been shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the order and you will have to ship the items back to us if you ordered something you did not want. I missed the sale! Can I still get the discount?
No. Any purchases that were made before the sale will not be getting any retroactive discounts. Likewise, any purchase made after the sale ends will not be eligible for sale benefits.
