If your order arrives with items either missing, damaged, incorrect, or some other problem, you will need to reach out to us by submitting a request. You MUST let us know about the issue with the order within 30 days of receipt of your order. Always take photos of the packaging and products you received so that we can accurately fix the issue. If something is missing from your order by mistake, we will ship that product out to you at our expense. We will ONLY ship the missing product and cannot combine shipments from other orders with the missing product. You will also have the option for a refund instead of a replacement.
Damaged and Defective Items
If something in your order arrives damaged, we will first determine if it was damaged in shipping, or if it was a defect from the factory. For items damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping company and reship the damaged product to you. For items we determine to be defective, we will either ship from our stock or ship a replacement directly from the supplier. We will ONLY ship the replacement product and cannot combine shipments from other orders with the replacement product. You will also have the option for a refund instead of a replacement. We do not refund shipping.
If you are sent the wrong items, we will ship the correct parts along with a return label so that we can get the incorrect parts returned to us. If the incorrect item ends up being something that you would like to keep, we can send you an invoice for that item.
Drop-Shipped and Freight Shipped Items
For drop-shipped and freight items that come directly from our suppliers, some of these policies will still apply, but some will vary. Please submit a request with us so we can get with the supplier to remedy the situation.
