The carrier marked the order as delivered, but never arrived or was lost.
It's common for a package to be delivered mistakenly to the wrong address or a neighbor's mailbox. The first thing you should do is check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If your neighborhood or apartment complex has a mail-receiving center or office, check with them to see if they received your package.
Your local post office can also be a massive help for USPS packages since they are the receiving office.
If your order has been marked as delivered but has yet to be received, or if your package has been stuck in tracking limbo for more than 10 days, and the above didn't produce any results, we must file a claim for the package. Usually, this process takes a couple of business days for the carrier to do what they need to do to try and locate the package.
If the package is found, it will be forwarded to your address.
If the package is not found, we will reship the package and deal directly with the carrier for our claim. If you are an international customer, rather than reshipping and having the same issue happen again, we will refund the order so you can purchase again with a better address.
