So, here's the deal: We don't have a phone here at Obsessed Garage, and we're going to put off having one for as long as we can. This is partly due to building limitations and partly due to Matt not wanting our small team tied up with phone calls. He's worried that all the weird old guys will call in to just chat all day. For our business model, email works the best and allow us to send links for products, troubleshoot issues, and be more efficient. If we get to a point where it makes more sense to talk on the phone, we can set that up. But we really try to keep everything simple and stick with email if at all possible.
Ideally we want to provide as much easy to access quality information as we possibly can so that you never even have to contact us in the first place. Functional Excellence is our thing here and we want to have that same mindset for Support and the information that we provide.
