After trying out a dual Kranzle pressure washer setup with great success, we knew we had to try other pressure washers. The next pressure washer on our list was, naturally, the AR630-TSS. This pressure washer provides the most GPM out of all the 120V pressure washers we sell. We knew we would get some big numbers out of it, and we were not disappointed. We measured this setup at almost 4.4 GPM with both machines running, while the dual Kranzles did closer to 4 GPM.
The dual AR setup uses largely the same parts as the dual Kranzles. Because of the positioning of the water connections, the jumper hoses connecting the pressure washers to the valves needed to be lengthened. Other than that, the parts are the same as the dual Kranzle setup. It also shares the same benefits of the dual Kranzles. Better flow, reliable machines, and redundancy are all part of this package.
When using this custom install, there are some things to consider. First, the CR Spotless can only handle 2.5 GPM of flow to get deionized water. As this system can produce well above that, you will need to close one of the valves to a pressure washer to reduce the flow so the CR Spotless unit can keep up. Also, since this will produce a lot of power, you need to take precautions by using two hands when using the wand. You can lose control and potentially injure yourself. There is noticeably more force coming from the end of the nozzle. Also, the AR630 is only compatible with 20-amp receptacles, so you will need to plan accordingly.
While this kit is not for everyone, those who can afford it will not be disappointed with their purchase. The benefits gained with the extra machine provide a more enjoyable user experience, and we have it available for purchase in the OG store.
