There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Obsessed Garage:
- We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of receipt.
- We cannot accept returns on items marked "Clearance" or "Discontinued."
- We cannot accept items if they have been used or are not in their original packaging. If the product has been used and/or the original packaging is not in new condition, we cannot resell it.
- Please ensure all items you are returning include all original accessories (high-pressure sprayers, pump bottle sprayers, fittings, charging cables, batteries, documents, etc.).
- We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, and we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee, but for refunds and cancelations over $3,000, there will be a fee of 2.15% on orders over this purchase price to cover the transaction fee.
- Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method that was used to place the order. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Most Items shipped from Obsessed Garage are not subject to restocking fees.* (*except audio products ). Items that are dropped shipped directly from distributors may be subject to restocking or other fees as determined by the distributor.
- All Audio products have a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept exchanges or trades. If you ordered the wrong part and need to get something else, send it back under the below directions. You can place a new order for the correct part whenever you're ready, before or after you receive your refund.
How do I set up a Return?
To set up a return, please Submit a Request to notify us that you want to process a return. You must provide the following:
1. Your order number
2. List of items you want to return
3. Pictures of each item you want to return
After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an RMA Number. Please clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the box as well as reference it on the shipping label. You have 10 days from the time we provide you the RMA number to ship the package back to us and provide us with the tracking number.

If an item you want to return did not come from OGHQ but was drop shipped from one of our suppliers (COXREELS*, Kranzle, Swisstrax**, AR, Sonic, CR Spotless), you will need to Submit a Request, and we can get an RMA set up for you to return the product to the supplier.
*Note: COXREELS has a 20% Restocking Fee and $5.00 Repacking Fee when issuing a return for custom/specialty items.
**Note: Swisstrax has a 25% Restocking Fee when issuing a return after 30 days.
