For our business model, email works the best and allow us to send links for products, troubleshoot issues, and be more efficient. Before you use that, definitely try to search for your answer using the search function on this site. We're constantly improving the content here and will be adding more and more articles to help you find the information you need.

Another awesome way to connect with other Obsessed Garage enthusiasts is through our Facebook Group. We have thousands of members from all over the world with a passion for garages, cars, and all things Obsessed. It's a great place to learn and get information and ideas from people that have already dealt with what you are working on.
So, here's the deal: We don't have a phone here at Obsessed Garage, and we're going to put off having one for as long as we can. This is partly due to building limitations and partly due to Matt not wanting our small team tied up with phone calls. He's worried that all the weird old guys will call in to just chat all day. For our business model, email works the best and allow us to send links for products, troubleshoot issues, and be more efficient. If we get to a point where it makes more sense to talk on the phone, we can set that up. But we really try to keep everything simple and stick with email if at all possible.
Ideally, we want to provide as much easy-to-access quality information as we possibly can so that you never even have to contact us in the first place. Functional Excellence is our thing here and we want to have that same mindset for Support and the information that we provide.
