Did you place an order with us through Bread and didn’t get an order confirmation?
Often, when this happens, it’s because you clicked out of the Bread process too quickly and it didn’t sync with our system.
It’s best to keep the window open and wait for the transaction to complete. Allow all pages to completely load before exiting.
If this happened to you, submit a request so we can further assist you. We will cancel and refund your Bread payment and you will need to place a new order.
