What is the Obsessed Garage Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?
- The sale is 10% off sitewide, and free shipping on orders totaling $250 or more pre-tax and after discounts are applied. HEX PLUS members will receive a 15% discount and free shipping over $50. This sale includes everything in the store except for RUPES, CR Spotless, NAD Products, Dynaudio, Lutron, Hafele, Satco, Hytorc, and aluminum, Procore, and Procore Plus ProSlat Slatwall ( Cabinets and PVC Slatwall will be part of the sale), which will not be eligible for the 10% discount. Please keep in mind that any drop-shipped items that require freight shipping or a separate shipping invoice (cabinets, custom-sized shelving, etc.) will not be included in the free shipping promo.
How do I get the discount?
- All discounts are applied automatically, so you don't need to worry about entering any discount codes. If the discount doesn't apply, you must notify us within 24 hours of the sale ending to receive a refund for the discount and shipping after the fact.
Do international orders qualify?
- Yes, you will get the sale discount. However, free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside of the lower 48 United States. We will not provide any discounts or changes to shipping on international orders. We also do not split-ship international orders.
How long does the sale run?
- The sale officially runs from 12:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 25th, through 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, December 1st. There will be no discounts after the sale. Members of Inside the Hex will get access to the sale on 11/21/25.
What does "Reserve Your Spot" mean?
- Products in stock and ready to ship will be labeled "Add To Cart" on the product page. Any product that is out of stock at OG will show as "Reserve Your Spot." It allows you to purchase a product we don't have in stock, and you will be in line to receive it when we get it in stock.
Can I select a specific shipping option for free shipping?
- If your order qualifies for free shipping over $250, our warehouse team will use the most affordable shipping method available. However, if you require a specific carrier for your delivery, please let us know by emailing us. It's important to note that if you choose to switch carriers, you will lose the free shipping discount. You will still be responsible for freight charges for oversized items (lifts, cabinets, etc.).
Can I change or edit my order?
- Yes. We can make the necessary changes if your order has yet to ship. Email us and we will do what we can to change your order. You'll need to contact us as soon as you've placed your first order to make an edit. Note: If you change or edit your order, you will lose your spot in line. Orders may be returned according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
How long will it take to get my order?
- We anticipate a high volume of orders during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. Due to this, please note that our handling times will be longer than usual. In-stock items will be shipped within three weeks of your order, while items listed as "Reserve Your Spot" will be sent as soon as we receive them.
Can you split-ship my order and send the out-of-stock item later?
- We'll send everything we have in stock first, and then we'll send you a second shipment with all Reserve Your Spot items later. We make it as clear as possible on our site whether something is Add To Cart or Reserve Your Spot. Note: We do not split-ship international orders.
I have received my order and want to return something. What refund price will I get?
- If you are planning to return any items purchased during the Black Friday sale, please read our Return & Exchange Policy to follow the proper return procedures. We will refund you the sale price for the items you purchased. We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
Can I change my order after the sale has ended?
- Once the sale is over, you will have 24 hours to change your order. If you would like to change something in your order, you will have to contact us, and we can change the order for you if it has not yet been shipped. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot change it, and you will have to send the items back to us if you ordered something you did not want.
I missed the sale! Can I still get the discount?
- Any purchases made before or after the sale will not be eligible for the sale benefits. If you make a purchase during the sale and the discount doesn't apply, you must inform us within 24 hours of the sale ending. We will then provide you with a refund for the discount and shipping charges.
