What is RYS?
If you see an item labeled "Reserve Your Spot" on a product page, it means the item is currently out of stock, but you can purchase it now and receive it as soon as we restock.
How does RYS benefit me?
- Price Protection – If you purchase an item at $1.00 and the price increases to $1.50 before restocking, you only pay the original price ($1.00).
- Guaranteed Availability – Instead of waiting and risking stock running out, reserving your spot secures your order.
Why does my order state "Fulfilled" or "Unfulfilled"?
Our system tracks RYS orders separately, but customers currently cannot see this. We are working on a solution, but for now, you can check your online OG account and our bi-weekly RYS emails for updates.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Due to supply chain challenges, some products do not have an ETA. To ensure you receive in-stock items promptly, we ship available items first and send RYS items separately as they arrive. Unfortunately, your spot is still secured, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as stock is available.
