Returned to Sender Via Carrier


Occasionally, a shipping carrier may find a package undeliverable and return it to us or the supplier. While this is rare, it can happen for several reasons.


Common Reasons for Returned Packages

  1. Incorrect Address โ€“ The address entered at checkout was incorrect (wrong street number, ZIP code, etc.).
  2. Inaccessible Address โ€“ The carrier could not deliver to the provided address (gated community, closed business, etc.).
  3. Unclaimed Package โ€“ The package was delivered to a UPS Store, Post Office, or other shipping location but was not retrieved in time.
  4. Unpaid Duties & Taxes (International Orders) โ€“ The required customs fees were not paid in a timely manner.

What to Do If Your Package is Returned

If your package is returned to us, please email support@obsessedgarage.com to notify us in case we have not yet received it.

Who Covers the Reshipment Cost?

  • If the address was entered correctly on the original order, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.
  • If we made a mistake, we will cover the cost and reship the package at no charge.

Options for Returned Packages

Once we receive the returned package, we can proceed with one of the following options:


  1. Reship the Package โ€“ We can send it back to you, but you will need to cover the cost of the new shipping label and provide a corrected address.
  2. Cancel & Refund โ€“ We can cancel the order and issue a refund, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable since the package was initially shipped as requested.
