Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  2. Use the tracking link provided in your email to check the real-time status of your shipment.
  3. If your tracking information has not updated in 24-48 hours, give it some time, as carriers may experience delays in scanning packages.

Common Causes of Delays

  • Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters.
  • High shipping volume during peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.).
  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments.
  • Missed scans by the carrier, which can cause packages to appear stalled in one location.

What to Do If Your Package is Delayed

  • Check the tracking number for any carrier updates.
  • Allow additional time for unexpected delays (especially during high-volume periods).
  • If your package has not moved in 7 business days, contact the shipping carrier for further details.
  • If the carrier cannot provide a resolution, email us at support@obsessedgarage.com, and we will assist in opening a claim.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members โ€“ sometimes packages are mistakenly delivered to a nearby address.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours โ€“ occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
  4. Contact the carrier โ€“ provide them with your tracking number and request more details.
