Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Nothing is worse than waiting for a package and then receiving the wrong or, worse, damaged items. Let's face it, we aren't perfect, but we are always striving for perfection.

If your order arrives with items either missing, damaged, incorrect, or some other problem, please reach out to us by. emailing support@obsessedgarage.com You MUST let us know about the issue with the order within 30 days of receipt. We will need photos of the packaging and products you received so that we can accurately fix the issue.


Missing Items

If something is missing from your order by mistake, we will ship that product out to you at our expense. We will ONLY ship the missing product and cannot combine shipments from other orders with the missing product. You will also have the option for a refund instead of a replacement. 


Damaged and Defective Items

If any item in your order arrives damaged, we will investigate to determine whether it was damaged during shipping or if it was a defect from the factory. In the case of items damaged during shipping, we will initiate a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement for the damaged product. In the case of defective items, we will either send a replacement from our stock or directly from the supplier. Please note that we will ONLY ship the replacement product and cannot combine shipments from other orders with the replacement product. Additionally, you will have the option to choose a refund instead of a replacement. However, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.


Incorrect Items

If you are sent the wrong items, we will ship the correct parts along with a return label so that we can get the incorrect parts returned to us. If the incorrect item ends up being something that you would like to keep, we can send you an invoice for that item. 


Dropshipped and Freight Shipped Items

For dropshipped and freight items that come directly from our suppliers, some of these policies will still apply, but some will vary. Please send email to support@obsessedgarage.com with us so we can get with the supplier to remedy the situation.
