Why does my package show as confirmed? Haven't you guys sent this out yet?

USPS shipping can be a little weird sometimes. Sometimes the package isn't scanned properly when the carriers pick it up. Unfortunately, this happens more than we would like. The good thing is, though, USPS picks up packages every day at our facility, and unless your package was packed after they picked up, it is in transit with USPS. Give it some time for the site to update. Also, it may not update till you actually receive the package. We have had this happen plenty of times.
