Important Update: Pressol ProSeries Sprayer Manufacturing Error

We wanted to inform you of a manufacturing error with a select number of Pressol ProSeries Sprayer heads. Here’s what happened:

• On Friday, May 2nd, we received a container of Pressol ProSeries Sprayers. After fulfilling around 1,300 orders, we found a sprayer head with rust on the nozzle tip and immediately paused shipping to investigate.
• We discovered that about 2% of the sprayers had nozzle tips made of steel instead of stainless steel.

• After inspecting every unit, we’ve isolated the affected sprayers and are confident that all sprayers shipped going forward will have the correct stainless steel tips.

  
  

How to test if your sprayer is affected:

• Simply check the nozzle tip’s magnetism. If it’s magnetic, it’s made of steel. If it’s not, it’s stainless steel and correct.

• Some steel nozzles may show slight rust, which also confirms the nozzle is steel.
