International Shipping Limitations & Customs

At Obsessed Garage, we ship internationally, but there are important considerations regarding customs duties, taxes, and shipping limitations that customers should be aware of before placing an order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customs fees vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

  • We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for international shipping.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance processing times.
  • In some cases, customs clearance may significantly delay delivery beyond the estimated transit time.

Restricted & Prohibited Items

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations, including:

  • Certain chemicals or hazardous materials (e.g., pressurized items, flammable liquids).
  • Oversized items that exceed carrier limits.

If a product is restricted in your country, we will notify you and provide alternative solutions if possible.

Handling Lost or Stuck Shipments

  • If your package is delayed in customs, you may need to provide additional documentation or pay duties before it is released.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact the carrier directly for more information.
  • If your package is lost in transit, email support@obsessedgarage.com so we can assist with filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for free returns.
  • If you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees.
  • Refunds will be processed only for the product cost (excluding shipping and customs fees) upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
